If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 14 working days, (UK & EU only). We will issue a refund after inspection and condition of goods. The item(s) should wherever possible be returned in their original (or similarly robust) packaging with a completed returns form.

*BOTH THE PACKAGING AND GOODS THEMSELVES MUST REMAIN INTACT, UNWORN AND UNWASHED. WE CANNOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE ITEMS WHERE TICKETS & TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ANY ITEMS WHERE THERE IS EVIDENCE THAT THESE INSTRUCTIONS HAVE NOT BEEN FOLLOWED.
Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of return for us to process a refund or exchange. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email. After receiving the confirmation, please allow up to 5-10 working days for the refund to clear into your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card or payment method used. If this is not possible, (e.g. the card has expired) we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
We aim to deliver the best customer service however, regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item(s) is missing, please first check your dispatch note for any information that the item is being dispatched separately. UK & EUROPEAN RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS: Should you wish to return an item(s) in its original condition* within 14 days of receipt please complete the returns form. Please note the item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us; for your own protection, we recommend that you send your parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.
EXCHANGES: If you require a different size or colour of the same item, please follow the returns procedure and return the item including the completed form, once item(s) has passed inspection you will be refunded.
Because our items are exclusive limited editions it would be quicker for you to place a new order while we process your refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are not able to offer returns or any exchanges on international orders.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTY
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or custom policies. Import duties vary widely from country to country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
If you refuse a parcel you will be liable for the return costs and custom charges.
RETURN POSTAGE CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS YOUR ORDER WAS INCORRECT ON OUR PART.
If the item(s) you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered please complete your return form and return to the address given. Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment's washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash tested thoroughly and quality checked on each production batch prior to leaving our supplier.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN SOILED, TORN OR DAMAGED DUE TO INCORRECT WASHING OR USE.
